Long story short they said no, only that with my evidence should DAZN take the money, they can get it back.

I phone my bank and ask if there is any way that they can put a block on them from taking the money. So I screenshot everything including the rep saying they've cancelled it. At this point, I trust them as much as I'd trust Jimmy Saville to babysit my kids. I was told they don't do that and I would have to take their word that it has been done. I then asked when it would be done and when I would received official confirmation. After a bit of pushing they said can take my auto renew off. The 4th time, the rep said it 'should' be fixed before the renew is supposed to happen. 4 times I spoke to them and was told on consecutive times just wait 48 hours longer. So I use the chat function that it recommends, but I'd get a better response using a ouji board in a mental asylum. Then the move to DAZN, and my auto renew is still locked in except this time every time I try to log into DAZN (just my account part) I get 'something went wrong, Error code 02-000-500'.

If only I had a D'Lorean to rectify my mistake. I tried cancelling my gamepass subscription before the move to DAZN but for some reason my auto renew was locked in and wouldn't change, I saw others complaining about this too but no resolution so I just waited for the change over. So apologies if it sounds very familiar and if the answer has already been posted (I just haven't seen it).
